About our Study

Encouraging Women of Faith to Study God's Word Faithfully

As women of faith in Jesus Christ we are enlightened to live a life for Him and with Him. We learn this through His Word and we are lead by the Holy Spirit.

This blog was started as a word based Bible study for women.

We have studied words like; Emptiness, Abundant, Tempest, Refuge, Fear and Confidence.

The Fruit's of The Spirit found in Galatians 5:22-23

Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, Self-Control

Our new Bible study will be about 'A WOMAN OF NOBLE CHARACTOR'.

How would you define yourself as a virtuous woman of God?  I know what some of you are thinking, please not the Proverbs 31 woman! We will take a good look at Proverbs 31 and as the Lord leads us we will be jumping around in the scriptures. Making this study a little more lively then our word based studies. Don't be discouraged! My hope is not to make you feel overwhelmed or inadequate with her many virtues, it is to help bring to life the noble character in you My goal is to post once a week this summer as I continue preparing for our lesson, starting in the early fall. I would love your feedback each week!
If you are interested in the word studies you can search for them in the blog archives.
Be encouraged to read, discuss, answer questions and make comments. Keep your own journal of your study and share as you feel lead to.

What have you desired to study in God's Word that you just haven't found the time or way to do so? Let me know, it just might be our next study!

Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is--  His good, pleasing and perfect will.  (Romans 12:2)

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord,  “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.  (Jeremiah 29:11)

  1. We will be starting our study this week, March 16, 2015.
Our first word to study will be, 'Emptiness'.
You can start by reading, Psalm 63 to learn about David's dry and weary time.

  3. You are so very welcome. I am so blessed to be a part of this Bible study and have the opportunity to draw closer to Jesus with my sisters in Christ. I look forward to seeing where God will lead each and everyone of us. I pray that we will be closer to Him, so that we can be a brighter light for Him.
